Rockside is a pet friendly luxury one bedroom detached house located within walking distance of the beautiful village of Windermere, Lake District, and is the perfect base to explore the area.

The property has private parking, an indoor 4 seater hot tub and games room as well as an enclosed garden and star gazing pod.

Private off street parking is provided as well as fast speed wi-fi. Dogs are allowed, however, guests must contact us directly prior to booking to discuss this. (* additional fee payable )

Gaze up to the stars in our cozy star gazing pod. Enclosed in its own area with the comfort of snuggle rugs and seating, you can gaze at the night sky through our windowed roof.

A fully equipped kitchen is provided with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and hob. All cutlery and cooking utensils are provided so that you dine in during your stay too.

Rockside is detached and private house located just on the outskirts of Windermere village which has numerous shops, restaurants and bars for our guests to enjoy.

The shores of Lake Windermere are only a 15 minute walk or 5 min drive away where guests can take a boat ride, go paddleboarding or have a nice walk. There are also a number of great places for walks nearby and some amazing view points where guests can really enjoy the beauty of the Lake District.
